Kathmandu City Tour
After breakfast, you'll be met by your local guide and will be taken to Durbar (Palace) Square, one of the heritage sites, where you can view many historical and cultural monuments. Other heritage sites to be visited are the Pashupatinath Temple (a temple of Shiva, sacred to Hundus), the "Monkey Temple", Swoyambhunath, (sacred to Buddhists), and Boudhanath Shrine.
White Water Rafting
A driver will collect you from your hotel at approximately 0700 (after an early breakfast). Transfer to Charaudi (2 - 3 hour journey) to the rafting put-in-point, where you will meet your raft crew. The leader of the raft will give a short briefing on safety procedures before you spend the day white water rafting, during which you will encounter several big and small rapids.
